Scooter Racer 🏁
Last week, I frequently ran into some person on a high-speed scooter: they were going faster than me, even though I was traveling at the maximum speed allowed in the city. I think the next encounter with a police patrol could cause problems for this racer. In my city, the police check scooter speeds roughly like this: they pull up from behind and match the speed of the patrol car to the scooter, then drive side-by-side for a few seconds. I’ve already been checked several times. It is impossible to notice such a check in advance because the police car is behind you, and looking back every 30 seconds during a long trip is very exhausting.
