New Scooter π΄ Navee GT3
Itβs time for another weekly journal entry. In my previous post, I wrote about how I sold my bicycle. And right after selling the bike, I bought a new scooter πΈ
My scooter comparison:
-
Model
- Was: Xiaomi 4 Lite 2nd Gen
- Now: Navee GT3 Max
-
Range
- Was: 12 km
- Now: 35 km
-
Power
- Was: 300…500 W
- Now: 400…1000 W
-
Suspension
- Was: rigid construction
- Now: front and rear springs
-
Weight
- Was: 16 kg
- Now: 23 kg
-
Speed
- Was: 20 km/h
- Now: 22 km/h
My old scooter had the following problems:
- Small battery πͺ«
- Lack of springs π«¨
- Weak power and low speed, especially when climbing hills π
However, the new scooter isn’t perfect either. I found these drawbacks:
- Heavy weight π
- The screws on the bottom protrude and hit the stairs when leaving the apartment building π’
- Range claimed by the manufacturer: 65 km. In reality: 35 km π€₯
Despite some small issues, I am happy with my new scooter. I went to a city park over the weekend π³ Previously, there wasn’t enough charge for a trip to that park β‘
I plan to sell my old scooter for $100. A buyer has already been found. Iβm taking the scooter to a neighboring city this Friday. I think you need to be extremely careful when selling a scooter: there are quite a lot of scammers and unreasonable people these days π₯΅ I hope the sale goes smoothly π§
