Forgotten Trips πβοΈ
This week, I had two bike trips, and both ended in failure. I intended to go to the grocery store by bike, but forgot my bike lock at home. I only realized it when I arrived at the store. I had no choice but to turn back since leaving a bike unlocked is an invitation for theft. My first forgetful trip didn't teach me anything, so a few days later, I made a second trip and β you guessed it β forgot my lock again π€― It seems like my mind is blank on this issue π€
Tire Problem
Last week, I installed a solid rubber tire on the back wheel of my scooter. No more worrying about punctures! However, soon enough, I discovered a significant downside to this tire: increased electricity consumption.
- Previously, after a trip to the city center, I had 50% battery remaining π
- Now, it drops to only 30% πͺ«π
I'm not yet sure how to tackle this problem. It's important to have efficient power consumption, but safety from sharp stones on the road is equally crucial. Maybe thereβs a way to have both, but it seems like a difficult balance π
