Man, it’s been a long while since I’ve ridden my scooter in the snow 🥴 But I actually went for a ride last week 😏 The scooter drifts, but I haven’t fallen over yet.
Besides low stability on the road, there is one more problem. When I get home, the snow stuck to the scooter heats up and melts. Puddles form under the wheels in my apartment, and I have to wipe up the water with rags and toilet paper ❄️🌡️💧.
The third winter problem: the scooter loses about 5%…10% of its power. And my scooter was already pretty weak to begin with. In general, riding in winter is difficult, but it’s doable… if the snow layer is thin. Right now, there is only about 1 to 2 centimeters of snow on the ground.
