Lately, I've been feeling like I'm forgetting to record my trips in the diary. How could I have only made two trips last week?

It seems I have some chronic pain in my knee. Is it from riding a bicycle so often before? Or is it just old age? I remember once biking 12 kilometers nonstop at a fast pace. Since then, my knee has sometimes bothered me.
