Lately, I have the feeling that I’m forgetting to record my trips in my diary. It can’t be true that I only went on two trips all last week, right?

It seems like I have some kind of chronic pain in my knee. I wonder if it’s because I used to ride a bicycle often? Or is it just old age. I remember once riding about 12 kilometers on a bike at a fast pace without any breaks. Since then, my knee sometimes starts to hurt.
