It's time for my weekly diary entry.

:: Search Engine Optimization :: 🔍

I didn't accomplish anything new this week; I just evaluated the outcomes of my previous efforts. The Google API was useless. I pushed all my pages through https://indexing.googleapis.com/v3/urlNotification... , but none of the pages ended up in Google Search Console. Overall, it's reasonable to expect disappointment from Google in 2025 - their search engine operates by some incomprehensible internal laws.

:: Vacation :: 🗓️

My long-awaited vacation has begun, and this is my first vacation in 2025. Prior to this, I had one week off in the summer, but that week involved commuting to courses every morning from Monday to Saturday, so it wasn't a proper break. I hope this current vacation allows me to truly relax ⛅.

:: Upgrading my Home PC :: 🖥️

I purchased a new graphics card this week: an AMD Radeon 7900 XT, which is a past-generation card with 20GB of video memory. I believe this graphics card will perform well in AI because the amount of video memory is crucial for AI. The graphics card was released at the end of 2022, and now they're selling the last few units from warehouses at a significant discount. I've already sold my previous graphics card, which served me for two years.

By the way, graphics card manufacturers have realized that large memory volumes can be beneficial for AI, so in recent cards, they've drastically reduced VRAM, and among 2025 models, graphics cards above 16GB are selling at a sky-high price 💸.
