Hello. At the beginning of last week, I made a plan for myself: to split my free time in half.
- 50% LeetCode coding
- 50% digital drawing
But it didn’t work out. Instead of the original plan, I spent 100% of my time on digital drawing. This happened because at some point I felt like I had to finish the drawing faster, otherwise I was going to have a total breakdown 😤 On Sunday, I worked on coloring the drawing from sunrise to sunset 😴
I also noticed another peculiarity: time tracking in Krita and Clockify differs significantly:
- In the drawing program Krita: I have 15 hours
- In the Clockify timer: I have 30 hours
Krita only accounts for the time when you are actually moving the digital pen back and forth. In my opinion, the time in Clockify reflects reality more accurately because I did indeed spend 30 hours. The fact that I was only moving the pen for 50% of that time doesn’t somehow reduce my time spent… 🥵 Thinking and looking for mistakes in the drawing also takes time.
I hope to manage to find more time for coding this week.
